Study data: Subjects, notes, uploaded documents, flashcards, and learning progress you create within the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Brainfy service.
To save and sync your study data across devices.
To generate AI-powered flashcards and summaries from your content.
To send you important service-related communications.

3. Data Storage

Your account and study data are stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore). We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. AI Processing

When you use AI features (flashcard generation, summarisation), the content you submit is sent to a third-party AI provider (Groq or Anthropic) solely to generate the requested output. We do not use your content to train AI models.

5. Third-Party Services

Brainfy uses the following third-party services:

Google Firebase — authentication and data storage
Groq / Anthropic — AI text generation
Google Fonts — font delivery

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

Brainfy is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
